How to Get Started - How it Works

1. Where Do I Start ? - We sit down and Talk About Your Needs

   We can set up your site over the telephone (incl. Long Distanced)

      Tell us what you want your website to provide you with.

      e.g. Info only, Leads or some kind of Interactive Site.

      Tell us your objectives and design preferences. -

      e.g.: Company Colours

              Theme around a Company Logo

              and/or Your Company’s Motto or Slogan

      If possible, we would like to visit your location and get a feel for the atmosphere of

      your service or your products.

2. We provide you with Our Ideas for Design:

      We will give you our expert option and guidance for

      a consistent layout, how users will interface, and the

      functionality of your future website.

      We'll incorporate your own company colours, logo,

      text and images.

      If you would like to create a ‘Brand', we can offer ideas on how we can get started.

o       Review of your site content or structure

o       Technical content development

o       Management of online business development campaigns

o       Keyword research

o       Expertise in specific markets and geographies.

      We will request a deposit based on the estimated cost of your future site.

3. We need to register a domain address:

      You will need to supply us with

      five (5) choices in order of 1st - 5th liked.

      e.g.: www (dot) yoursite.com

              www (dot) mysite.com

4. We will design a site based on your likes and dislikes:

      We will provide you with a one page proposed design for your review, and you may           approve or suggest changes.

      We will then provide you with the revised design for approval.

5. Our Clients provide the follow (unless for an additional price):

      Provide us with a printed copy of TEXT on each page, and a file sharing storage of the

      text. Or this can be e-mailed (each separately - indicating each in the Subject Line)

         o       We will COMPOSE your text for an additional cost.

      Provide us with printed copies of each PICTURE or IMAGE and indicate which page.

      or this can be e-mailed (each separately - indicating each in the Subject Line)

         oWe will PHOTOGRAPH items and CREATE images for an additional costs.

6. Before we Upload the Complete Site Your Review:

      We will proof read all TEXT for spelling and grammer.

      We will CROP and OPTIMIZE all PICTURES and

      IMAGES to make them Internet Friendly.

      We will BUILD and PUT UP (Not Published for All

      to See) it for YOUR REVIEW

7. We Upload the Complete Site Your Review:

      We UPLOAD and PUBLISH YOUR SITE.

      We will SUMIT to the TOP 80 SEACH ENGINES.

      If you have SUBSCRIBED to Our Search Engine

      Optimization Plan, we will incorporate this into

      your website.

8. Subscribing to Our Site Stats Tracking Devises identify Best Practices and allow you     to focus on what works and what doesn't work for your website.
